By using Canonicle ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Canonicle is a free daily Bible-passage word puzzle. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. The site is provided as-is, without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Accounts
You can play without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. You may delete your account at any time by emailing CanonicleDev@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape at high volume, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the site or its underlying services.
- Reverse-engineer authentication, bypass rate limits, or impersonate another user.
- Use the site to violate any applicable law.
Content and copyright
Bible text shown in the puzzle uses public-domain translations (the World English Bible and King James Version). The puzzle code, design, and presentation are owned by the site's operator. You may share your daily result strings freely.
Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how we handle it. We do not sell user information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or whose use, in our sole judgment, harms other users or the operation of the site. You may stop using the site at any time.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site's operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.
